1. Position: Technical Support Engineer
Native Spanish / Portuguese Speaking
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities:
• Provides technical support via phone and email for consumer, corporate customers and business partners
Required skill(s): Native level in verbal and written communication skills in Spanish / Portuguese language(s).
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Minimum one year working experience in IT industry.
• Call center experience recommended.
• Deep knowledge on Windows operating systems.
• Good knowledge on LAN and WAN networks.
• Experience on either Windows or Linux server administration.
• Applicants must be willing to work on shift.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
• Applicants must have relevant employment authorization to work in Malaysia.
• 4 Full-Time positions available.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent. Job role in IT Support/Helpdesk or equivalent.
